1. Shipping information

As standard, we only ship to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via The Netherlands. POST The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you want to ship to another country, please send us an email to info@nibal-shop.com and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, since we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and the costs in advance.

If the item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. This does not apply to public holidays and weekends. If the item is out of stock or cannot be shipped immediately, you will receive a notification email with that, then we will refund you with what you have paid.

5 Euro costs when shipping within The Netherlands.

1.2 Shipping abroad:

Based on the table of rate you can see the costs regarding your country.

For orders  within the Netherlands with a gross goods value of € 50 or more, shipping is free.

We offer you the option of paying by bank transfer in advance or by credit card.
